And now our ugly fabric challenge. Last fall(?) each participating member brought in a brown paper bag with a piece of fabric from the stash of that member that she considered ugly. Bags were handed out to each and the member who received it couldn't look in the bag before leaving the meeting. The assignment was given to make something out of that piece of fabric.Ugly may be in the eye of the beholder but our gals came back this month with awesome finished projects!
Sue J made an apron.

Winding Down

This week guild members enjoyed another quarterly dinner. These ladies are such good cooks! Members brought in a variety of dishes to share. Yum!

After our tummies were filled and a little business taken care of, we sang happy birthday to our birthday 'triplets'. Those crowns are irresistible!

For our readers information this will be the next to the last post I will be making on this blog. Starting in July our member Sue J. will be continuing to blog about our guild. She will be posting at a new blog address that I will be adding the link to on my last post in two weeks. I started this blog just short of three years ago and have enjoyed sharing it with you but it's time for fresh talent to take over. Be sure to tune in and bookmark the new link. Hugs to all our followers, Roxanne
